Cacao & Coconut Bliss Balls




These little guys will give you the energy boost you need pre or post work out. With only 130cal per bliss ball they are a great little snack if you are on a low calorie diet. Plus they are super tasty!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond meal

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 6 medjool dates pitted & chopped


Method

  1. Pop all ingredients into food processer, blend until smooth

  2. Roll mixture into 10 bliss balls

  3. If desired roll bliss balls into shredded coconut

  4. Enjoy!
