Cranberry & Coconut Crunch Cookies



  • 1 Cup Almond meal⠀

  • 1 Cup Quick oats⠀

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut⠀

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar⠀

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil⠀

  • 2 TBS Coconut Mylk⠀

  • 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries ⠀

  • 1 TSP Baking powder⠀

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together ⠀

  2. Add the wet to the dry and stir well⠀

  3. Roll into balls and flatten⠀

  4. Bake on 160C fan forced 15-20mins until golden brown

  5. Let cookies cool completely then eat!! ⠀

These yummy crunchy cookies are so delicious but be sure to store them in the fridge to keep them crunchy.
