What you need:
1 bunch of kale 1 tbsp of coconut oil ½ tsp of turmeric Pinch of Salt & Pepper
How to do it:
Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan-forced). Line tray with coconut oil by rubbing around the tray with paper towel.
Chop Kale leaves in to bite size pieces (remove stems).
Mix Kale with melted coconut oil, turmeric, salt & pepper.
Spread the Kale in a single layer on prepared baking tray and bake for 12 mins or until crunchy.
It’s as easy as that!
