Top Mocktails you'll keep coming back for!

You all know your girl loves a good mocktail, thanks to @themindfulmocktail for sending us these bangers just in time for the weekend!


The Quick Kiwi

Kiwi is packed with Vitamin C and antioxidants, and perfect for both adults and kids!


Ingredients

  • 3 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and quartered

  • Juice of one lime

  • 8-10 mint leaves

  • Sparkling water or kombucha


Method

  1. Place kiwi fruit, lime juice and mint leaves in a high spend blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses and top with sparkling water or kombucha.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. To decorate the glasses:

  6. Peel kiwi fruit, then cut into thin slices. Press gently onto the inside of the glass.

Grapefruit and Rosemary Mocktail

Grapefruit is one of my all-time favourite fruits, and the rosemary tastes amazing with it!

Even better, grapefruit is loaded with nourishing vitamins and is even more nutrient-dense than oranges. It’s great for your immune system and high in antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh rosemary

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 cup sweetener (see note below)

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

  • Sparkling water

Method

To make the rosemary syrup:

  1. Add rosemary, water and sweetener to a small saucepan.

  2. Stir to dissolve sweetener.

  3. Leave on a very light boil for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 30 mins.

  5. Set aside to cool.


  1. Add 1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and 1/8 cup rosemary syrup to an ice-filled glass.

  2. Top with sparkling water and finish with a pinch of salt.

  3. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and slice of grapefruit.

Enjoy!


Note on sweetener: I used monk fruit sweetener for this, you could also use Stevia, coconut sugar or another sweetener of your choice.

You will have enough rosemary syrup for 4 drinks, this will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
